He took time to explain what happened during initial inspection appointment and later contracting appointment, providing as many as technical details that we hoped to hear and learn with no rush pushing us for decision. During the work, Ricky spent many time to communicate what has been done, what decisions I had to make during construction (like replacing all plywood though we didn't anticipate it initially), any issues we were facing. The job took us sometime and patience to finish due to some unexpected incident onsite, but upon finishing, we were the happiest customer with the new beautiful roof. I would highly recommend Ricky and HB roofing to anyone who is looking for replacing/repairing roofs and decks. I learnt a lot from just talking with Ricky. He is so knowledgeable with years of experiences in the industry, mostly importantly he is so patient and really cares about customers. You will certainly not regret to work with Ricky.

Start to finish, this was the best experience I’ve ever had with any contractor in the 10 years I’ve owned my home. I called late in the week for an estimate, and Ricky was at my house within the week taking measurements and inspecting what needed to be fixed (nothing major, but several sheets of plywood also needed to be replaced). I had a thorough estimate with 3 different shingle quality options emailed to me Sunday that same week. I scheduled in January and was forwarded that they needed at least the first day to be dry, so I knew there could be some delay due to weather. Sure enough, it rained that whole week. Ricky texted me early each of those unworkable days giving me an update with a new possible start day. I never once felt like I had to chase them down or wonder when they would be showing up (which has been a constant battle with previous contractors I’ve worked with). This instilled a lot of trust and I felt I was in good hands through the whole process. The roof looks great and was finished impressively quickly. I will using HB Roofing in the future for any other projects they cover.

I called Ricky and he was already working on a home in Bellevue and drove over to us in less than 20 minutes from the call and did an inspection and quote. He took photos of what he recommended should be fixed and showed me and explained his inspection. Their repairs were done within a week and we are happy with the result.
